Responsibilities

• Assist Associate Planners in releasing shop orders and tracking builds.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure shop orders are closed and customer commits met.
• Perform materials requirements planning for lower value components.
• Ensure planning parameters are set correctly and MRP orders required parts.
• Coordinate and manage smaller planning projects (e.g. Field Replacement Units) including customer interface.
• Plan for test capacity, sort capacity, and on-time delivery as needed.
• Maintain and generate various customer order sets and reports; distribute reports to customers.
• Create part shorts reports and initiate cycle counts to reset inventory records.
• Coordinate production line schedules and interface with Manufacturing to track efficiency.
