Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Fort Worth to lead material planning and execution for the Supply Chain. You will coordinate with suppliers, manage CTB, and respond to MRP actions to keep production schedules feasible.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP/mrp experience, and cross-functional collaboration with Demand Planning, Engineering, and Operations to align supply with forecasted demand and new builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and MRP a must.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute material plans with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage CTB process and resolve shortages with internal teams and customers.
• Respond to MRP messages to expedite, delay, or cancel orders as needed.
• Monitor production readiness and alert ops to potential line-down risks.
• Drive inventory optimization and coordinate with PPV initiatives.
