Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align demand, supply, and financial planning.
Develop and execute a single, integrated rolling plan to drive business performance.
Own and optimize warehouse and inventory management processes to reduce lead times and working capital.
Conduct value chain assessments and implement solutions to enhance service levels.
Champion ERP best practices for inventory control and planning.
Oversee the Procure to Pay process and ensure seamless supplier collaboration.
Guide inbound and outbound transportation operations and administration.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
10+ years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment.
5+ years of direct people management experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
APICS and CPIM certification.
Lean 6S certifications.
