AlphaGov is seeking a Strategic Planning Facilitator for remote, project-based work with governments, school systems, agencies, and nonprofits. This role focuses on organizational strategic planning, not a land-use plan, traffic plan, or marketing plan.

Responsibilities include designing planning sessions, stakeholder input, and decision records; drafting mission, goals, strategies, and an implementation roadmap; and preparing materials for boards or leadership teams.

Formación

• Experience facilitating an organizational strategic plan through adoption, for a government, district, agency, or nonprofit.
• A plan you can name by organization, year, and your role.
• Ability to turn session output into goals, strategies, and a written roadmap.
• Experience presenting to a board, council, or executive team.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based collaborator, with occasional travel.
