Shields Health is seeking a Manager, Strategic Planning & Executive Decision Support to advance high-priority strategic initiatives and craft executive-level presentations and decision materials.

The role partners with the President, CFO, and senior leadership to shape topics, storylines, and messaging for board and leadership meetings, translating priorities into clear materials. Hybrid location in Quincy, MA with FP&A and Market Analysis teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, or a related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the President, CFO, VP of Strategic Decision Support, and Executive Team to shape topics, messages, questions, and decisions for major meetings and presentations.
• Develop presentation outlines and executive-level slides and supporting materials for Board, shareholder, leadership, and other strategic meetings.
• Synthesize financial, operational, market, and strategic information into concise executive communications.
• Own end-to-end content-development, timelines, and approvals for major presentations.
• Coordinate materials for approximately 30 board meetings per cycle, managing inputs and revisions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive materials and messaging.
