Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Strategic Planning and Implementation Manager to shape strategic planning activities and drive implementation across the North America Service Business Unit.

You will coordinate governance, track progress, manage risks and issues, and support reporting across leadership forums. Responsibilities include leading strategic planning, integrating inputs into priorities, and developing executive dashboards to inform discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15+ years in strategic planning, portfolio management, consulting, or corporate development.
• Experience with multi-initiative portfolios in a global matrix environment.
• Ability to operate at senior executive and board interface level.
• Experience in industrial, data center, energy, or services-led organizations.
• Experience with strategic planning, implementation governance, project management, executive dashboards, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution for the North America Service BU.
• Integrate inputs into strategic priorities and roadmaps.
• Structure plans with ownership, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage the implementation framework from approval to execution.
• Establish governance with milestones, risk and issue management.
• Coordinate tracking and reporting across leadership cycles.
• Develop executive dashboards and insights for strategic discussions.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and clear ownership.
