Job summary

The role reports to the VP of Strategic Planning and Management and requires 10+ years of strategy/consulting experience in healthcare, with strong analytical and executive presence skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategy or consulting experience, or healthcare experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience shaping long-range strategy and annual planning with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop macro-level strategic direction for SCS sub-segments.
• Lead 3–5 year strategy development with segment leaders and Strategy team.
• Drive structured decision processes and scenario-based analyses.
