Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a senior level Program/Business Operations professional to partner with the Senior Business Operations Manager. You will coordinate monthly rhythms, drive cross‑functional alignment, and oversee NCTA and Capital projects to meet schedule and budget.

Responsibilities include executive reporting, ROI analyses, and developing standardized processes. Requires 8+ years of PM/ops or a related field, with 2+ years leading teams and a U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s with 6+ years in PM, operations, finance or related fields.
• Experience using Excel/PowerPoint for financial analysis and executive briefings.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily BU operations and objectives with senior leadership.
• Track NCTA and Capital projects for on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Prepare executive status reports and dashboards for reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and collaboration across functions.
