Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Director of Business Operations 1 to lead day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and align people, processes, and systems with strategic goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and resources, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites including Roy, UT and other locations. A strong track record in Lean/Six Sigma, budgeting, and performance reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, program management, or related roles.
• 3–5+ years in a leadership position managing teams and budgets.
• Experience driving process improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies that support short and long-term objectives.
• Translate strategic goals into operational plans with clear priorities, metrics, and timelines.
• Monitor operational performance and adjust to meet targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of programs; manage resources.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to align resources and outcomes.
