Job summary

Guardian Life Insurance seeks an Associate, Enterprise Strategy & Planning in New York. You will help define long-range plans and partner with stakeholders to identify, develop, evaluate, prioritize, and deliver strategic initiatives across Guardian.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Strategy & Planning, you will conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesize findings for senior leaders, and support cross-functional projects that drive the company’s strategic agenda and growth

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• 3+ years’ experience in strategy/management consulting or internal strategy in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top institution with leadership ability.
