Job summary

RELI Group in Springfield, VA is seeking a Strategic Planner / CONOPS Analyst to support TSA’s Counter Drone initiative and related national security programs.

This onsite role at TSA Headquarters runs 8am–4pm and focuses on creating and refining concepts of operations, implementation plans, staffing models, and enterprise planning products with rigorous document quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years' experience performing similar duties.
• Experience supporting Federal programs similar to job description.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to manage tasks deadlines and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports CONOPS, implementation plans, fielding plans, staffing models, strategic milestones and enterprise planning products.
• Support editing, formatting, and quality control of written products for Government Review and approval.
• Support documentation management processes that include maintaining document repositories and version control.
• Support development and maintenance of operational documents including SOPs and strategic planning documents.
• Provide expertise in format and document standardization. Including development of templates.
• Quality control review for grammar, consistency, clarity and organization.
