Job Title: Strategic Planner 4

Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Lead research projects on market trends, consumer profiles, and competitive intelligence.
• Coordinate strategic business planning processes and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Offer project management support to cross-functional teams for strategic growth projects.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, serving as a thought partner to senior leaders.
• Create integrated growth plans and assess their impact, supporting communication strategies.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in corporate strategy or management consulting.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong background in apparel/footwear, retail, or consumer-facing industries.
• Proven ability to lead complex strategic projects and analyze business issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Keynote.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
