Job summary

Beacon Health System is seeking a Physician Liaison to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with physicians and their staff, acting as the primary contact to accelerate referrals and access to services. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Education or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of three years of medical sales or related experience, ideally with physicians.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with physicians, their staff and other referral sources, acting as a single point of contact to ensure seamless services throughout the referral process.
• Assist in removing barriers to organizational access and customer services; educate referring physicians on Beacon Health System programs.
• Maintain timely market intelligence to ensure Beacon can serve the community with appropriate programs.
• Troubleshoot physician issues and potential issues to boost satisfaction and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations to external physicians in assigned territory/markets.
