The Medicus Firm (TMF), part of M3USA, is a national healthcare recruitment firm. We are hiring a Physician Recruiting Consultant to advise candidates and clients, source and screen physicians, and drive recruiting campaigns nationwide. You will travel up to 20% to engage with physicians and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience required.
• Sales experience including Inside, Outside, B2B or Cold Calling.
• Experience with physician relations and interacting with physicians regularly.
• Consultative sales experience a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise physician candidates and clients.
• Source and screen physicians by building rapport via phone calls and emails.
• Emphasize opportunity features, quote salary, and prepare candidates for interview.
• Effectively present opportunity information and respond to questions.
• Drive Physician Marketing campaign efforts.
• Manage the recruiting process.
• Investigate and resolve client concerns.
• Consult with clients throughout recruiting process.
• Make recommendations to clients to aid in a successful search.
• Provide consistent communication, feedback and reports.
