Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with four years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals, capital project fundraising, planned giving, or wealth management.
• Proven fundraising leadership in a complex, decentralized university environment preferred.
• Advanced degree or professional fundraising certification valued.
• Experience managing a major gift portfolio with 6-figure-plus donors.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of high-potential prospects capable of 5–7 figure gifts.
• Solicit and secure major gifts to reach annual goals.
• Oversee coordination with campus partners for fundraising initiatives.
• Prepare funding proposals, gift agreements, endowments, and stewardship reports.
• Travel to meet donors; evening and weekend events required.
