Job summary

Blue Shield of California seeks a Program Manager, Consultant to join the Pharmacy Strategy and Operations team, supporting pharmacy programs across Commercial and Government Markets. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Pharmacy Programs and contribute as a consultant in a fast-changing healthcare environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, critical thinking, and cross-team collaboration, with in-office hybrid work requirements to balance collaboration and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher; 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree, Master's preferred.
• 7 years of prior relevant experience with Pharmacy or health program management and/or consulting.
• Strong program and resource management knowledge with solid business acumen.
• Knowledge of Blue Shield of California, Commercial line of business or IFN/IFP preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
