RPh on the Go USA, Inc. in Byers, CO is seeking a senior Pharmacy Manager for a strategic advisory role focused on specialty pharmacy, mail-order and central-fill operations.

This part-time contract (~1020 hours per month) targets leaders with 15+ years of experience who have built or expanded multi-state pharmacy networks, offering $60.00–$65.00 per hour plus healthcare, housing and meals.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license with PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree.
• Minimum of 15 years of pharmacy experience.
• Leadership and management experience within pharmacy settings.
• Direct operational experience in specialty pharmacy.
• Hands-on experience with mail-order pharmacy and/or central-fill operations.
• Expertise in managing or expanding multi-state pharmacy operations.
• Demonstrated history of pharmacy expansion or market development.
• Candidates with only retail pharmacy experience will not be considered.
