Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC in Indiana is seeking a Director, Pharmacy to develop, direct and implement the pharmacy benefit management program. You will oversee strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory aspects of the program, ensuring policy compliance and alignment with corporate goals.

The role is remote with Indiana residency preferred; occasional in-office meetings may occur in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker with strong managed care pharmacy experience.
• Detail-oriented and solutions-focused.
• Experience in contracting, quality improvement and management in healthcare, preferably managed care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and implement pharmacy department activities.
• Review and analyze reports and directives.
• Produce pharmacy trend reports for finance and leadership.
• Resolve pharmacy-related disputes, grievances, and complaints.
• Participate in boards, task forces, committees, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support provider education programs.
• Develop, present and implement policies and procedures.
