Job summary
Chewy is seeking a Sr Pharmacy Compliance Manager to lead regulatory compliance and accreditation efforts for its Pittson, PA site. Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in pharmacy compliance.
- Maintain current unrestricted pharmacist licensure within the state.
- Experience with regulatory audits and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities
- Attend local board of pharmacy and other government meetings.
- Build professional relationships on behalf of Chewy healthcare facilities.
- Assist in creation and implementation of pharmacy operations compliance training.
- Coordinate regular compliance audits and inspections of healthcare facilities; manage corrective action plans.
- Develop and review SOPs/P&Ps with a focus on site-level differences.
- Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of changes to standards and regulations affecting pharmacy services.
- Complete gap analyses for compliance.
