Job summary

At AtkinsRéalis seeks a Chief Procurement Manager to oversee owner-side procurement across multiple packages for a pharmaceutical mega campus. You will supervise the procurement team, clarify bid requirements, and ensure adherence to GMP standards and contracting policies.

You will coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and construction to maintain schedules, manage major equipment packages, and drive contract formation, administration and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field with extensive procurement experience.
• 15+ years of contract and procurement administration or supply chain experience.
• Pharmaceutical/industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff coordination and mentor the procurement team as a subject matter expert.
• Oversee bid evaluations and ensure compliance with procurement standards.
• Draft, review and manage procurement contracts and purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage contract risk and changes.
