Job summary

Cella, a Randstad digital company, seeks an Account Manager III to serve as the primary liaison between the in-house ad agency and brand teams in Mettawa, IL. The role involves managing day-to-day relationships with agency staff and external resources, ensuring alignment with client objectives and campaigns.

The position requires 3–5 years of total account management experience, a bachelor's degree, and in-house/ad agency experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree or equivalent related project or functional experience is desirable.
• Total account management experience - minimum of 3-5 years.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience.
• In-house ad agency/ad agency experience.
• Excellent communications Skills: verbal, presentation, written.
• High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role.
• Ability to manage high volume project scope in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic brief ideation and kickoff sessions translating brand objectives into high-impact creative campaigns.
• Partner closely with project management to establish timelines, generate scope estimates, and manage budgets.
• Direct the end-to-end development of digital, video, and print deliverables aligned with brand standards.
• Navigate assets through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) reviews for compliance and launches.
