Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Irvine to execute daily account activities under guidance, translating strategic plans into actionable initiatives. You will drive client satisfaction by delivering quality work on time and within budget, while coordinating with internal teams and site stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of pharma advertising agency experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong MS Office and Veeva proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' pharmaceutical advertising agency experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience in pharma or related industry
• Proficiency with MS Office and Veeva review platforms

Responsibilities

• Understand annual brand objectives and strategies to support initiatives
• Help create multimedia communication plans with internal teams
• Partner with internal teams to deliver client work on time and on budget
• Ensure deliverables are ready for review prior to submission in Veeva
• Develop knowledge of brand/product, category, competition and market dynamics
• Serve as day‑to‑day point of contact for the client on tactical development
