Alkeme Intermediary Holdings, LLC is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to provide prompt, accurate service for a growing personal lines book. You will manage complex accounts, handle renewals and changes, and assist clients with claims.

The role emphasizes risk management, accurate data entry in EPIC, and proactive client engagement to improve retention and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have college education and insurance experience.
• Knowledge of insurance products and markets.
• Property Casualty Broker-Agent license or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex personal lines accounts with accuracy.
• Process renewals and changes focusing on risk management.
• Prepare annual review letters with recommendations.
• Assist clients with claim reporting.
• Maintain accurate information in the Applied EPIC system.
• Solicit additional lines of coverage and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Maintain courteous relationships with clients, carriers, COIs and colleagues.
• Keep informed about industry information and new products.
• Communicate clearly to achieve agency goals.
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent service.
