Orion Placement in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience to own and manage case strategy from filing through resolution. You will handle depositions, arbitrations, negotiations, and direct client advocacy in a structured, team-oriented environment.

This on-site role requires a California Bar license, strong research/negotiation skills, and the ability to balance a caseload while delivering high-quality legal work.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategy and litigation tactics designed to effectively advocate for clients.
• Manage all aspects of assigned personal injury client files from litigation through resolution.
• Communicate consistently and effectively with clients throughout the life of their cases.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, arbitrations, negotiations, and other litigation activities.
• Work closely with case managers, pre-litigation professionals, lien negotiators, and supervising attorneys.
• Evaluate cases, identify issues, and develop practical strategies and game plans for successful outcomes.
• Maintain organized case files, deadlines, documentation, and litigation activities.
• Handle a reasonable caseload while maintaining high-quality client service and legal work.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve case strategy, processes, and results.
• Approach each matter with persistence, professionalism, and a strong commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for the client.
