Job summary

DayToDay Health seeks a Director of Surgical Services to lead perioperative operations across the integrated health system, overseeing Operating Rooms, Pre-Op, PACU, Sterile Processing, and Ambulatory Surgery. You will partner with surgeons and clinical teams to drive performance and expand services.

You will mentor leaders, promote a patient-centered culture, advance quality, and optimize patient flow. Strategic budgeting and resource management are essential to sustain high-performing services.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in perioperative or surgical services.
• Strong capabilities in operational improvement, quality management, and patient flow optimization.
• Budgeting and workforce management experience.
• Excellent collaboration skills with physicians and clinical teams.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
