Job summary

Insperity is seeking a professional to consult with clients and service teams on performance improvement needs, developing and recommending training solutions that add value and drive client retention and growth.

You will engage with client leaders to analyze organizational performance gaps, design targeted training, and measure impact while collaborating with the sales team on prospects. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or four years of equivalent work experience is required.
• Three to five years of work experience in performance improvement and training is required.
• Experience consulting with small to medium size businesses is preferred.
• Training certification (DDI) is preferred or must be obtained within three to four months of hire date.
• Human Resources knowledge/broad base exposure to various HR disciplines and understanding of their role and impact.
• Strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Proven success influencing leaders and positively impacting business results.
• Effective presentation skills using visuals and other media.
• Multi-tasking and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Customer service experience in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and requests on an on-going basis.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office program and demonstrates ability to learn other application programs as needed.
• Travels: Yes, up to 20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Responds to client service requests and consults on performance gaps, recommending training and engagement solutions.
• Consults with client business owners and leaders regarding organizational gaps, may include needs analysis.
• Develops, recommends and promotes performance improvement/training solutions.
• Facilitates strategic initiatives such as teambuilding, culture improvement, change management, inclusive leadership, and executive leadership retreats.
• Maintains and improves tools, tracking mechanisms, and workflow processes to enhance service delivery.
• Facilitates and coordinates training programs using company learning resources.
• Establishes methods of measuring business impact of performance/training solutions.
• Uses appropriate methods of dealing with human behavior in various business circumstances.
• Executes care playbook as a client advocate.
• Collaborates with team members to create service deliverables aligned with client strategy.
• Participates in prospect meetings with Sales and Service Team members.
• Maintains established business network and stays abreast of changes in the field.
