Qualifications

• 3‑8 years of experience in performance measurement, attribution analysis, asset management, or financial analytics.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with FactSet, specifically in performance and attribution modules.
• Strong understanding of performance methodologies including time‑weighted return, money‑weighted return, and Brinson attribution.
• High proficiency in Excel including advanced formulas and pivot tables; VBA a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for internal teams and clients.
• Conduct multi‑level performance attribution using industry‑standard methodologies.
• Leverage FactSet for performance calculations and report automation.
• Collaborate with teams to investigate performance anomalies.
• Build dashboards and automate reporting.
• Support internal and external audits related to performance data.
