Job summary

Bridgecrest Acceptance Corporation is seeking an Analyst, Performance Reporting to analyze large datasets and drive process improvements across DriveTime Family of Brands. You will collaborate with multiple teams to build reporting tools, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

The role requires a quantitative degree, 0–1 year experience, and strong skills in SQL, Python, R, and Excel, with the ability to translate data into concise executive-level recommendations and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, finance, statistics, engineering, or hard science.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, collaborative teamwork, intellectual horsepower, curiosity, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated skill and extensive experience developing quantitative analysis in Excel.
• Experience in the following coding languages such as SQL, R, Java, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Leverage analysis of large datasets to identify efficiencies and improve processes across the business.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to develop reporting and analytical tools, monitoring key performance metrics.
• Integrate data from across the organization and wider market to generate actionable insights and present recommendations to senior executives.
• Construct in-depth quantitative analyses using SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
• Communicate insights visually and concisely using Tableau or Power BI while partnering with senior leaders.
