Job summary

Maersk is seeking a People Partner, Strategic Programs to drive and coordinate key People initiatives across the business. You will partner with People Partners, Centers of Excellence, Finance, and leaders to influence decisions, lead cross-functional projects, and improve the employee experience through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong PM skills with governance, priority management and execution.
• Experience developing and implementing change management and communications strategies.
• Advanced analytics to transform data into actionable insights.
• Experience supporting workforce planning, compensation planning, employee engagement, or organizational effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of Workday reporting, data governance and process management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic People programs including Workforce Planning, Compensation Planning, Engagement, Recognition & Rewards, and People Analytics initiatives.
• Manage project plans, governance, timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment for cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and execute communication and change management strategies to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Create and deliver dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting to support decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to maintain Workday data quality, reporting accuracy, and process consistency.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
