Job summary

Maersk is seeking a People Partner, Strategic Programs to drive and coordinate key HR initiatives that align talent with business goals. You will lead programs across Workforce Planning, Salary Review, and People Analytics while partnering with Finance, HR, and senior leaders to deliver data-driven insights and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and strategic business initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with governance, timelines, risks, and execution.
• Experience developing and implementing change management and communication strategies.
• Advanced analytical capabilities transforming data into insights.
• Experience supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, or organizational effectiveness.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting, data governance, and process management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic People programs including Workforce Planning, Compensation Planning, Engagement, Recognition & Rewards, and People Analytics initiatives.
• Manage project plans, governance processes, timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment for cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and execute communication and change management strategies that drive adoption and outcomes.
• Create and deliver dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting to support business decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to maintain Workday data quality, reporting accuracy, and process consistency.
• Analyze workforce and talent data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate governance forums and cross-functional discussions to drive accountability.
