• Ability to link organization and talent decisions to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Product Development leaders to shape people strategies.
• Coach leaders through organizational design, workforce planning, and change.
• Use data and feedback to diagnose trends and propose actions.
• Lead complex talent conversations: performance, succession, ER, development.
