Formación

• 8+ years HR Business Partner/People Partner experience.
• 3+ years partnering with director- and VP-level leaders in tech/SaaS.
• Experience supporting 300+ employee organizations and org change.

• Partner with senior Product Development leaders to shape people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change across a distributed product org.
