Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a strategic Sr. HR Business Partner to support the Product Development organization.

You will partner with senior leaders to build healthy, high-performing teams and translate business priorities into practical people plans for product growth and sustainability. You will coach leaders on organizational design, workforce and talent planning, and change initiatives across a distributed product organization, using data and feedback to drive action and improve employee

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or People Partner experience, including 3+ years supporting senior leaders in technology/SaaS.
Experience supporting Product/Engineering/Design/Data teams and understanding product development talent needs.
Strong business acumen and ability to connect people decisions to business outcomes.
Experience leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, performance cycles, and change initiatives.
Ability to use qualitative and quantitative people insights to influence decisions and measure impact.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior Product Development leaders to shape people strategies aligned with business goals and growth.
Coach leaders through organizational design, workforce planning, and change across a distributed product organization.
Manage complex talent conversations including performance, succession, and development planning with sound judgment.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Legal to deliver scalable people solutions.
Improve People Partner practices and operating rhythms for the Product Development team.
