Confidential is seeking a People and Culture Director to sit on the senior leadership team at its Hampshire site. This on-site, hands-on role owns organisational design, workforce planning, reward and pay benchmarking, and succession planning to support rapid growth.

You will coach senior leaders, manage budgets, build leadership capability, and drive transformation with gravitas. CIPD Level 7 / Chartered MCIPD is required, with experience in electronics/precision engineering or similar

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent senior HR accreditation.
• Experience as a senior HR leader in high-growth manufacturing or engineering sectors.
• Proven ability to design organisations and pay frameworks.
