Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Wholesale Voice & Data Peering Analyst in Englewood, CO to own day‑to‑day analytics, monitor pricing performance, and support new and existing customers with thorough reporting and insights.

You will develop COGS and margin models, analyze per‑port and per‑Gbps economics across backbone and delivery ports, and collaborate with Finance to allocate costs, influence pricing strategies, and ensure accurate billing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Wholesale Voice, IP Transit, peering or CDN pricing preferred with experience managing both US Domestic and International Voice Termination accounts.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience interacting with all levels of management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform various types of analysis to help create value in price points and market tactics to maximize margin opportunities.
• Tracker of day-to-day financial performance across assigned customer base and proactively keep stakeholders up-to-date on financial shifts.
• Load rate sheets into all required systems and tools to ensure proper and accurate billing of customers.
• Develop models to analyze COGS improvement programs.
• Develop models and tools to ensure optimal revenue/margin mix and price what-if scenarios.
