Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Underwriting Sr. Analyst to drive financial analysis and pricing strategies for PBM and Enterprise pricing.

You will work with Caremark and Aetna teams to develop pricing, evaluate risk, and support leadership with data-driven insights. The role requires strong Excel skills, actuarial experience in health plans, and the ability to deliver ad hoc analyses under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3 years in a health plan actuarial, PBM financial analysis or underwriting role.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to produce data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk and maximize client value while preserving margin within PBM and Enterprise contexts.
• Develop pricing recommendations for multiple business lines based on in-depth competitive analysis.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Caremark, and Aetna teams.
