Job summary

AffirmedRx is seeking a Manager to bridge client needs with high-value product and vendor solutions. You’ll lead opportunities from discovery to launch, partnering with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes and improved member experiences.

You will own the product lifecycle, craft evidence-based value propositions, and drive readiness and performance across the partnership lifecycle in a healthcare PBM setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in program coordination, vendor management, strategic partnerships, or product operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs, market trends, and priorities into a pipeline of product and partnership opportunities.
• Serve as end-to-end Product Owner from ideation through optimization.
• Assess opportunities for alignment, value, feasibility, and measurable impact.
• Engage client-facing teams to gather feedback and define outcomes and value.
• Develop value propositions and client-ready materials, including business cases and plans.
• Track pipeline health, launch readiness, client adoption, and partnership performance.
