Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, HR or related field; 5+ years payroll processing experience.
• Experience supervising a payroll function and multi-state/local tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bi-weekly, multi-state payrolls.
• Ensure accurate processing of earnings, taxes, benefits and deductions.
• Lead payroll tax compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, HRIS, and vendors to optimize payroll processes.
• Audit payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
