Job summary

Red River seeks a hands-on Payroll Manager to lead day-to-day payroll operations and optimize processes across the Finance Team. You will manage end-to-end payroll using ADP Workforce Now, Workday, and soon UKG, while driving standardization and automation to improve efficiency.

You will partner with HR, Accounting, and FP&A to ensure accuracy and compliance, and mentor payroll staff to develop talent and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or accounting or equivalent.
• FPC designation required; CPP preferred.
• 3–5+ years of payroll systems experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now, Workday, and upcoming UKG.
• Provide leadership development to direct reports for operational excellence.
• Build relationships with HR, Accounting, and FP&A during payroll cycles.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies.
• Act as strategic partner for system implementations and upgrades.
• Create SOPs and audits to ensure policy adherence; maintain records and reports.
