This onsite role focuses on payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, benefits administration, and reporting to executive leadership. You will oversee payroll processing, benefits programs, retirement plans, onboarding changes, and year-end activities while ensuring confidentiality and high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in payroll and benefits administration, including 2+ in leadership.
• Experience with payroll processing, tax administration, and benefits programs.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for payroll, benefits, and onboarding teams.
• Oversee payroll operations and reporting.
• Manage employee benefits programs and retirement plan administration.
• Direct onboarding, status changes, and separations.
• Ensure payroll tax compliance and unemployment requirements.
• Oversee payroll elections and garnishments.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and year-end processing.
• Develop payroll and workforce reporting for leadership.
• Coordinate annual performance review administration.
• Support HR initiatives and special projects.
