• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employee populations.
• Manage payroll vendor relationships and system integrations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Lead payroll audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Administer compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and equity.
• Oversee benefits administration including health, dental, vision, 401(k).
• Lead open enrollment communications and employee education initiatives.
