Job summary

Elevance Health’s BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy seeks a Contract Manager to lead strategic planning and management of large payor accounts. You will oversee contract administration, support new and renewal implementations, and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role emphasizes hybrid work with 1–2 days in-office, and requires a BA/BS with 3+ years in business operations or customer relationships. Prior payor contract experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Experience with payor contracts, health plans or PBM is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic planning and account management for large payor accounts.
Direct and manage payor contractual requirements and obligations.
Assist with new and renewal implementation processes for accounts.
Interface with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain payor relationships across health plans and PBMs at multiple levels.
Provide on-site and off-site customer service; resolve inquiries, enrollment issues, and claims.
Prepare and submit required health plan/PBM reports and metrics.
Manage payor contracts and program delivery.
