Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Manager, Payments Operations Analytics in Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN to lead analytics supporting payment operations, vendor enablement, and master data initiatives.

You will oversee dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting, partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, and Sales to deliver data-driven insights that boost performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in analytics, BI, payments operations, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of payment operations, metrics and performance.
• Proficiency in SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Quicksight), Excel, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, maintenance, and governance of dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Monitor payment operations performance across key workflows and exception management.
• Deliver timely insights into operational trends, service levels, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for performance optimization and efficiency.
