Job summary

Weave is seeking a Payment Success Specialist – Activation in Lehi, Utah. This hybrid role blends strategic onboarding with hands-on activation, guiding new customers to embed Weave Payments into their operations from day one.

You will train teams, tailor activation plans, and drive early adoption milestones that translate into long-term revenue growth. You’ll serve as a payments SME, delivering white-glove onboarding, ongoing enablement, and proactive optimization to maximize customer value

Qualifications

5+ years in customer onboarding, activation, customer success, or implementation, preferably SaaS/FinTech/payments.
Proven expertise in payments technology, workflows, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with business owners and executives.
Ability to influence behavior and drive measurable activation outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic activation and onboarding for new payments customers from kickoff to activation.
Run Payment Success Introduction + Training Calls aligning Weave capabilities with customer goals.
Oversee deployment of hardware, software, and Text‑to‑Pay workflows with best-practice configs.
Design activation roadmaps guiding customers to first milestones (three transactions with unique customers).
Establish activation success criteria and set expectations for adoption and engagement.
