Job summary

Amgen seeks a Payer Contracting Manager within the US Value & Access team to draft and manage payer contracts across Amgen's portfolio. You will work with the CLM system, coordinate with contract relations, and support negotiations from term sheets to final language.

The role requires advanced contract writing experience, strong MS Word skills, and the ability to manage multiple documents and stakeholders across national payer accounts.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with extensive contract development or contract writing experience.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and finalizing payer contracts.
• Strong MS Word and administrative skills; excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracting strategy and execution for national payer accounts.
• Own the contract document lifecycle across multiple workstreams.
• Draft term sheets, RFP responses, amendments, and related contract language.
• Facilitate document review meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Project manage initiatives within Contract Development and US Value & Access.
