Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visits assigned customers and Prospects for new customers.
• Communicates parts orders to counter personnel and advises stock vs. emergency status.
• Checks delivery dates for non-stock items with customers.
• Reviews special orders with parts manager and obtains approval.
• Advices counterperson on delivery instructions and follows up on orders.
• Coordinates service sales with service salespeople.
• Turns in call reports, time sheets, and expense reports.
• Updates customer records and attends required training.
• Maintains professional appearance and performs other duties as assigned.
