Job summary

Sandvik Mining is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team in Smyrna, GA, Denver, CO, Elko, NV or Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on inventory planning, parts forecasting, and KPI-driven performance to support customer needs and revenue growth.

The candidate will utilize strategic stock tools, collaborate with PSSR and internal stakeholders, and drive improvements in product and service availability. A strong background in forecasting and aftermarket operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4 years of related experience.
• 3–5 years in aftermarket environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize strategic stock tools to secure inventory levels and support forecast accuracy.
• Support parts planning for new customers, parts portfolio solutions, and new machine models.
• Provide customized weekly/monthly/quarterly progress reports to internal stakeholders regarding planning activities and KPI performance.
• Collaborate with service teams to capture forecast improvement opportunities and improve parts availability.
• Define inventory levels to support unpredicted machine failures based on fleet size and aging.
• Participate in service level reviews and KPI discussions with internal stakeholders.
