Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5–10 years in inventory planning or supply chain roles with ERP experience.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage inventory plans for mining equipment product lines.
• Analyze large datasets to forecast demand and optimize stocking levels.
• Collaborate with operations, warehousing, and leadership to align inventory strategies.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage planning, purchasing, and replenishment processes.
• Generate and validate inventory and forecasting reports with analytics teams.
