Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to blend technical leadership with commercial growth across strategic accounts. You will own post-sale delivery, drive adoption of Databricks workloads, and coordinate with sales, engineering, and services to ensure customer success. Travel up to 30% may be required.

This hybrid role reports to a DSA Manager and involves executive engagement, plan execution, and knowledge sharing across teams to maximize platform value and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical projects/programs in Data and AI.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical account strategy and execution for key use cases.
• Be the primary technical contact for production/go-live status across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering and PS resources to deliver PS engagements.
• Develop and communicate an execution plan to accelerate use cases into production.
• Provide KPI updates on usage, risk, adoption and customer health to leadership.
