Job summary

For A Bright Future Foundation is seeking a Marketing & Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to expand the Foundation’s visibility, relationships, and impact in key markets. The role blends marketing campaigns, recruiting executives to local committees, coordinating community events, and presenting the Foundation’s mission to potential partners or donors.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, personable, and comfortable representing the Foundation externally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, community engagement, fundraising, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish Foundation committees in key markets (Dallas, Miami, LA, NYC, and others).
• Identify, recruit, and cultivate influential business leaders and donors for local committees.
• Develop market-specific outreach strategies and relationship-building plans.
• Create and manage partnerships with corporations, community organizations, sponsors, and other partners.
• Develop sponsorship opportunities and support fundraising initiatives.
• Coordinate committee meetings, activities, events, and follow-up efforts.
• Establish measurable goals for each market and track progress.
